An agreement between Morocco and the European Patent Office (EPO) allowing European patents to be validated in Morocco will enter into force on 1 March 2015.

International patent applications

Anyone filing a European patent application (direct European patent applications or international applications designating the EPO) on or after that date will be able to request validation in Morocco.
