The UK Government has confirmed that it plans to ratify the UPC Agreement in a move that would indicate that the UK Government is intending to play a full role in the EU whilst it remains a member state.

London is intended to host one of the Central Divisions of the UPC and will hear disputes related to chemical and pharmaceutical matters as previously mentioned here.
